I have never made the correlation between bag aroma and taste in an espresso. I'll start to be mindful of it and see.Larryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04220209192173115395noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24215845.post-1151461449546030212006-06-27T22:24:00.000-04:002006-06-27T22:24:00.000-04:00I'm not sure I even want to try this as a S.O. The bag aroma wasn't all too pleasant like the cupping aroma was.

The bag aroma is usually a good indicator of what you can expect from an espresso. Not that they're the same, or anything, but there's a link somewhere, I've noticed.

I don't have enough to warrant using it up on experimenting with grind and dose to make it work as an espresso. French Press or cupping for me!Jason Haegerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16462315547734384326noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-24215845.post-1151460492195645632006-06-27T22:08:00.000-04:002006-06-27T22:08:00.000-04:00I'm glad you are enjoying it! I will have it for sale on the website by this weekend.

It is an incredible coffee, perfect in a French Press.

I tried it as a S.O. espresso on the La Spaz S1 and wasn't that fond of it. I'll try it on the Synesso tomorrow. I'm thinking a tight double using a LM triple basket and 21 grams might just do it. We will see.Larryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04220209192173115395noreply@blogger.com
